At the beginning of January 2011, for a few days, they had a very tempting offer: 1 year upgrade for Mega member (highest upgrade) - $20.00. At that time, pay per click was $0.10.
The 1st sign of suspicion
The decreasing of the pay per click value at $0.05 almost immediately after the offer was closed.
In their TOS it is written:
We remain the right to change memberships prices and price per click any time when necessary without any prior notice.
Well, it’s ok, but not immediately after they have tempted the members with that special offer!
A few days after the offer was closed, they said they were unable to make any payments because they had problems with PayPal. Their problem with PayPal, maybe true, maybe not, took about 3 weeks.
The 2nd sign of suspicion
They began to make payments in the first days of February but they limited the payout request at $1.00 for free members and $4.00 for the Mega members. They made payments for a little while. Then, in a very short time, they increased the period between payment requests and decreased the pay per click value at $0.02.

The final moment
They began to pay no more on the reason the members hadn’t upload their previous payment proof on the forum. Totally false! The proofs were uploaded but there weren’t taken into consideration anymore. They also began to delete the “uncomfortable” posts.

AOBux - they DO NOT pay, nobody answers members' questions and complains!!!
The site is online since October 2010 and has over 59,238 members. The first suspicious sign occured in November 2010, when payments started to be delayed. The last post from admin is dated February 7th, 2011:
